What You Can Expect

Start your tour in Cadorna, one of the main squares close to the top attractions of the city. Stroll through Milan city center, exploring the picturesque streets and squares en-route to the magnificent Duomo, Milan's iconic cathedral and the largest church in Italy. Skip the long lines and enjoy a guided tour of the Gothic cathedral, admiring the elaborate interiors, statues, and stained-glass windows.

Leave the Cathedral and become a Milanese ‘fashion addict’ while walking along the chic and trendy Vittorio Emanuele Gallery. The tour continues on to Piazza della Scala, home to the worldwide known Milanese Opera House.

After lunch (own expense), spend the afternoon discovering the Renaissance side of Milan. Visit the UNESCO-World Heritage church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, and enjoy a tour of the Dominican convent where the world-renowned “The Last Supper” is displayed. Skip the lines and be impressed of this iconic mural painting designed by the Italian genius of Renaissance, Leonardo da Vinci. Continue to the 16th-century church of San Maurizio, the “Sistine Chapel” of Milan, where the interiors are richly decorated by disciples of Leonardo.

Next, head to Castello Sforzesco, with its grand Renaissance court and beautiful park, where you'll learn more about the Sforza Family who once lived in the royal fortress. End the day at a museum dedicated to another top Renaissance artist, Michelangelo, where you'll get to see the famous “Rondanini Pietà” sculpture, Michelangelo’s unfinished marble masterpiece.

Feel free to extend your tour with a visit to the museums of the Castle (ticket is valid for the day) and the Duomo Museum by using your Free Pass (valid for 3 days).
