What You Can Expect
Meet your guide outside of Caffe Nero in Knightsbridge in time for a 8.15am departure. Travelling aboard a comfortable midi-coach, set out to the first stop of the day, Stonehenge. On arrival, spend time admiring the UNESCO-listed monument and learn more about the mysterious stone circle at the Stonehenge Visitor Centre.
Our second stop is UNESCO-listed Avebury, Europe’s largest neolithic stone circle. The stones here surround the village and there are no restrictions, so you can wander freely around the site.
After lunch, the tour continues to Lacock; a pretty, rural village which has been the film set of many award-winning productions, including Harry Potter, Pride and Prejudice, and Downton Abbey.
The final stop of the day is the historic city of Bath, another UNESCO World Heritage Site, famous for its Georgian architecture and Roman-built baths.
