Excellent tour and the two guides were fantastic!
The tour was highly enjoyable, the leaders Rangel, Alex and Jose made the experience seamless. Rangel's commentary throughout Chichen Itza made the experience truly memorable, he had a wealth of information, and an emotional investment that made the trip especially meaningful. The initial stop to use the rest rooms was understandable but tedious as it delayed the start of the tour itself, and as it was getting hotter by the minute, we were eager to get started. The Cenote was beautiful and refreshing after walking through the ruins in the heat. The bus was super clean, snacks and water were plentiful. Lunch was fine but not memorable, though understandable as feeding that amount of people in a timely manner is difficult. We later went to Talum with a different tour company, and while the arrangements were easy, the tour guide was lackluster which clearly showed how Rangel's skill was unsurpassed.
Great tour! Victor was an amazing guide.
Great tour! The site is impressive! the guides were super friendly and we spend the day having fun with them! bring enough sunblock though!
It's a nice place but very quick to visit, took less than the ride to get there. I would recommend it only if you have plenty of days to visit.
A great place for explorers, the ruins are impressive, you really feel like traveling to the past in this place. Chichen Itza is one of the seven Wonders and no wonder why. There was a lot of people though so that messes with the photos but that's all. Gorgeous place!
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Bus driver was good, drove safe and easy. The bus was clean. Liked that the team told you what the plan was for the day and gave you the schedule. I'd recommend Olympus and use them again.
While the overall trip was nice and educational, my husband and I were quite disappointed with the Chichen Itza tour portion. While our guide was quite knowledgable, we had less than 20 minutes to explore on our own and as such, really only saw the main portion of the site. It felt as if we didn't get the full feel of the site. The cenote trip, however, was a nice touch and is something we would revisit.
It is pleasant trip, thanks
Our Tour guide, Sergio was very knowledgeable and professional. Had a great time.
great company that provided the tour very knowledgeableenjoyed myself
Overall a great experience that I would recommend to my friends . My only criticism was that I was unaware that I required bathers, this should have been communicated to me when I spoke on the phone to confirm.
We chose Olympus tours for all our activities in Cancun. On this tour we were picked up on time and shuttled to a bigger bus which took us on our 2 hour long journey to Chichen Itza. Our tour guide Jesus was very entertaining. He let us rest until we were closer to Chichen Itza and then gave us the itinerary for the day. When we arrived to the genera area, we stopped at a gift shop which where we could purchase souvenirs. We they proceeded to the Cenote where we spent another hour diving into the clear water. From there we were taken to a hotel just outside Chichen Itza, where we had lunch which consisted of mixed cuisines. We then split into two groups English and Spanish and our tour guide Jimmy lead us to the entrance. Jimmy was very knowledgeable of the Mayan culture and took us to over thirteen different stops on our tour, when we finally got to Chichen Itza which was amazing to see in person, we were told we could go off and take photos and enjoy the shops in the area. We then meet back at the bus at the suggested time and were loaded on and taken back to our hotels.
