Look away from the sun. You will be looking for the tail of a marlin. It will look like a black sickle, sometimes only a little will be visible. The sun will shine on it. Look behind the lures. Marlin will follow the lures. Watch for birds close to the water. When they swoop down, that indicates that bait have been pushed to the top of the water. It could indicate that marlin, dorado or tuna are under them… pushing the bait to the surface to feed
