Well first visit one of the most significant archeological sites of Mexico: Cholula, which lays five miles west of the city. Cholulas Great Pyramid of Tepanapa (or pyramid of Tlachihualtepetl) is the largest pyramid capped by a blue and white Spanish church (church of our Lady of Los Remedios) a classic symbol of the conquest. We then continue to the City of Puebla, which was founded in 1531 and became a bastion of Spanish rule over the areas large indigenous population. In Puebla we will visit the Cathedral, which has Mexicos tallest bell tower and is noted for its marble floors, rich gold leaf interior, and spectacular main altar. From there we will head on to the Parian Market (biggest market of the city). Lastly, we will visit the Rosary Chapel and a tile and Talavera factory.
